When will I receive the order?

Depending on the chosen shipping company and the responsible person responsible for delivery, we provide a group of shipping agents based in major cities, and it usually takes 7 to 18 days for order confirmation.

You can submit a request for delivery outside the country to the store team via WhatsApp by providing information about the weight and price of the product to international shipping agents who are not currently registered in the store.

If I have a product with a manufacturing defect?

You must read the return policy to know the terms of return and exchange. In the event of a defect in the product, a return is agreed upon, the company’s shipping value is calculated, and the shipping is returned to the customer. As for the value of the product, it is not calculated for the customer according to the return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers delivery service for orders of large quantities, and there is a discount ranging between 10-40% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the Contact Us page and inquire about quantities.
